Ingredients:
1. White Sesame Seeds- 1/2 Cup
2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/3 Cup
3. Lime Juice - 1 TSP
4. Salt - 1 TSP or as per taste
5. Water - 1/2 Cup
Method:
1. Dry roast white sesame seeds on low-medium heat. It would take about 10 min. The seeds will brown a little bit and aromatic.
2. You could wait until those are completely cooled down but you don’t have to. Add all the seeds, oil and water in a blender. Add more water if you need to get a consistent texture..
3. Once you get a smooth texture, pour it out in a serving bowl and mix in salt and freshly squeezed lime juice. You can play with quantity for lime juice and salt as per your likings.
