Roasted Broccoli

All time favorite side dish or snack in my household is roasted broccoli. My little one calls is little tree. It is as easy as it gets for a side dish.
Ingredients:
1. Broccoli- 1 bunch - little over 1 lb
2. Garlic - 2/3 cloves
3. Black Pepper
4. EVOO
5. Salt

Method:
1. Cut broccoli into floret size, wash and pat dry. While cutting, preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 min. You can use precut, prewash ones and even faster. Toss in EVOO, crushed garlic cloves, salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Line those on baking sheet.


2. Those will come out crunchy. One note is to keep eye after 15-17 min as roasting time may vary depending on the oven you are using.
