Red Bell Pepper Raita


 One delicious way to add Greek yogurt in your diet is through this Raita; you get vegetables and yogurt. It is a quick and easy side dish. 

Ingredients:
1. Greek Yogurt - 2 Cups
2. Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 Medium 
3. Red Onion - 1/2 Small
4. Red Chili Pepper - 1 TBSP 
5. Cumin Seeds Powder - 2 TBSP 
6. Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 TSP (substitute vegetable oil/ saffola oil)
7. Salt - 2 TSP

Method:
1. In Greek yogurt, add 1/2 cup of water and whisk together to get a same consistency. Whisk in red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, oil, salt. 

2. Finely chop red onion and red bell pepper. Mix in to the yogurt and spices.

3. Raita is ready to serve with any rice dish or curry, roti.
